This multi-sport camp is well located on grid and on a paved and maintained road while still having acreage and trout stream frontage. The river channel is narrow and has a steep bank, steeper the deeper you go into the property. The forest is half maple and half mixed with other hardwoods and pines. While walking the acreage I flushed grouse and saw plenty of wildlife trails. There is an RV electric/water hookup as well.
